I have a ZIP100 USB drive, and I want to make a DOS boot disk on it. How do I do that?

First format the ZIP100 in bootable mode,
then delete the other files,
then just COPY the files from the boot disk into it!

How do I format it into bootable mode? Mine is USB. I don't quite understand. In the right-click format options, it can't be formatted as MS-DOS, that option is grayed out.

There is dedicated software for this!
When you bought the USB ZIP, didn't it come with a driver CD?
It's all on the CD!
Or when you format it in Win98, check the option to copy system files!
That works too!

There isn't any such software in the driver package, only things like backup software. Could you provide it, expert?

I checked the documentation, and it can only be made bootable under Win98. It doesn't provide any software tools. What a hassle. Thanks
