Whether under DOS 6.22 or DOS 7.0 (WIN95 DOS mode), running DOS4GW always gives the error message
dos/4gw fatal error (1004): syntax in dos4gw(executable.xxx), and even after repartitioning the hard drive -- formatting - reinstalling the system (for DOS 6.22 I used an old DOS installation CD from the 486 era), it still cannot solve the problem. The machine is a Founder Wenxiang series. |

That's normal, the correct way to use dos4gw is dos4gw ah
For example: dos4gw pctest.exe |

If I run DOS4GW TWNEW.NEW
then the following error appears: DOS/4GW fatal error (1008): can't coad executable format for file twnew.exe |
