I've tried for a long time and still can't get it working. WIN98 has NETBIOS, TCP/IP, and IPX/SPX installed. WIN2K Advanced Server can see the other machine, but PING doesn't work. Even if both machines only have TCP/IP installed, PING still doesn't work. I hope everyone can give me some advice. Thanks. Oh yes, the WIN2K machine has dual network cards, and it's connected to another WIN2K Professional machine with ADSL installed, using SYGATE to share the Internet connection. WIN2K Advanced Server can get online through it.

Set the local network card in 2k to 192.168.0.1 and share the internet. You don't need to set anything on the 98 network card, and it'll work.
