No way, after installation WIN2000 is 1G, XP is 1.5G. If you can really strip one down, you'd be much better off starting with WINPE, after all it's only a bit over 300M.

WINPE also has a lot of features, and it needs to be burned to a CD, which isn't practical, since a lot of people don't have CD burners. I have an idea: it'd be great if something like this kind of WinCE system could be made.
