Programs or codes found online are basically for warm boot, because when my machine does a warm boot, it can't boot from the USB flash drive but directly boots the system on the hard drive. Only by restarting the computer can I boot from the USB flash drive. So I want to find a tool that can perform a cold boot under DOS.
