Does anyone have DOS floppy expansion software? Preferably something that can format to 1.72M. (Other than Winimage) Thanks!

I already looked at it, but I still can't see the 1.68M capacity in WINDOWS. Can anyone recommend better floppy expansion software? (HD-COPY WinImage both don't work)
