As far as I know, all sound cards that support FM synthesis sound are of ISA bus, and now motherboards have no ISA slots. I want to ask, is there any sound card with PCI interface that uses FM synthesis chips?

Probably not anymore. In the ISA era, sound cards already started to develop towards wave table synthesis.

Then buy an old motherboard with an ISA slot. I'm still using my SB16 under DOS.

Oh, I checked and bought a ym724 sound card, but due to the motherboard reason, the driver installation crashes in DOS, alas~
