How come there's not even an introduction when you upload software?

It's in there!
In the last few days I've reinstalled my system N times.
If you can still see me online, you should count yourself lucky!
I have ADSL at home, and the speed is a lot faster,
but getting on our site is still just as slow as a snail crawling,
these past few days I've been installing a dual-boot system,
Win98 and WinXP,
and one more thing,
my system partition was wrecked by this thing,
absolutely do not use this thing on a hard disk with an NTFS partition!
It's really ##%…………——**（（）*）——
So what interest do you think I still have in writing an introduction for this software?

Oh... so it's this kind of lousy software... in that case, when uploading it you'd better introduce it first and warn everyone not to use it, to avoid causing damage...
