Can the boot into C: of an 8GB Kingston USB flash drive made by DiskGen be changed to Z:?

If it can be changed, please say it.

Supplement: It's a FreeDOS boot into C:

Want to change to another drive letter, such as U: etc.

Generally, the drive letter of the device that starts DOS must be C: or A:, not others; otherwise, DOS will not be able to find command.com.
