Where can I get a DOS GBA emulator
Requirements: 1. At least 10 save slots per game
2. Either a GUI or can also be run directly from the command line
3. Has video and audio recording functions
4. Adjustable speed

There is a GBA emulator under DOS.
Minimum memory requirement is 8M. Command line, and you can make the SHELL yourself.
