If a loved one passes away, the hit-and-run driver is still at large, fairness and justice are not upheld, the police are ambiguous, and they even ask the victim's family to find evidence on their own. One is not enough, two are not enough, three are still not enough! Collecting evidence is originally the police's own duty!
