As for the speed, I don't think I limited it much. Probably a network problem, I'm on the education network.

The education network bandwidth really isn't good, I'm on the education network too (shared internet access), and it's even slower. Downloading your file right now is probably between 20~40K,
maybe it'll be faster a bit later |
