The size and resolution of the image you uploaded are too large. It is suggested to change it to a resolution of about 152x114.

Larger images become unclear after being shrunk when displayed. For example, the three characters "IBM" are unclear. At least that's the case when I use IE and Firefox browsers. It's better to display the shrunk image clearly as it is.
