Question for everyone: can WinHex create special files under Windows (that is, ones that do not conform to Windows naming rules)? If there are any experts here who understand WinHex, please help answer. Thanks, everyone. Another question: who is studying or proficient in AutoHotkey? Thanks again.

I can only answer that yes, it can. I haven't done it myself, but I've seen it. You should be able to search for it online.

I can't create one directly, but I do know how to rename other files to filenames containing the characters <>?/\"'!, but I don't know about folders.
