Check http://www.ip138.com/ips8.asp?ip=sina.com&action=2 get sina.com >> 12.130.132.30
Typing in the address bar: http://12.130.132.30 also no response,, why?
Check again http://www.baidu.com/
Check http://www.ip138.com/ips8.asp?ip=baidu.com&action=2 get baidu.com >> 220.181.6.184
Typing in the address bar: http://220.181.6.184 can open,, why?

Check again http://www.miibeian.gov.cn/
I am in a local area network, some computers can open, some computers can't open? Did the website make restrictions??
I used the above method to PING its IP,
Reply from 60.191.124.236: bytes=32 time=13ms TTL=249
But can't open
Use IP138, http://www.ip138.com/ips8.asp?ip=miibeian.gov.cn&action=2
Actually prompts miibeian.gov.cn >> This address cannot be resolved to IP
