Creating folders with dots under Windows XP is well-known. The creation method is through cmd→md X:\123..\. Opening is start X:\123..\. Deletion is rd X:\123..\. But under Windows Vista, everyone has found that you can create them, but you can't open them with the original commands and methods! Deletion also has some problems.
