Boot up Config.sys configuration:
devide=\udrv\usbaspi.sys
device=\udrv\di1000dd.sys
Plug in the USB flash drive
Boot up the system, and it passes normally. The system prompts that the system drive letter of the USB flash drive is "F", however,
cannot operate on drive F. Is there any expert to give some guidance?

Is the hard disk formatted as Fat32? Also, after booting with a USB flash drive and loading the USB driver, the USB flash drive will have two drive letters. Generally, the latter drive letter can be operated.

Try formatting the USB drive to FAT16.
