All the folders on my computer have these 2 files, “desktop” and “folder”. I don't know what's going on.......

Geez, these 2 files have already spread everywhere. I used “Panda Guard” and killed more than 500 “REDLOF” viruses, the signature is FOLDER.HTT, but the files are still there. Looks like the only option is to reformat.
————In this case, do I just need to reformat each drive??? No need to repartition?
