UIDE /E switch and external-entry logic summarily deleted. Other drivers unchanged (re-dated only).

UIDE cancels the support for the subroutine that "calls UIDE from other programs" (because no one uses it). The new version will ignore removable devices, such as USB.

UIDE's performance is further reduced.
