While changing the registry, I changed RestrictRun=dword 00000001 under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\policies\system. Now the machine can't run any programs at all. What should I do? Could one of you experts lend a hand? Thanks in advance.

1. You can export the registry under DOS and then modify it, then re-import the modified registry branch
2. Systems usually have automatic backups. If it hasn't been disabled, you can use the scanreg/restore command to restore the registry
