How to make a DOS boot floppy - China DOS Union Forum - China DOS Union

Hello everyone! I'm a newbie, reporting in to the forum. And I'd like to raise my first question. It may be a bit basic, so please bear with me and give a detailed answer. Thanks in advance!

I'd like to ask: how are the various virtual boot floppies on the forum, like DOS622.img and DOS710.img, made? What software is used to make them? Can UltraISO do it? I downloaded an original MS-DOS 6.22 from MSDN I Tell You, it's an archive. Can this be used to make an img boot floppy?
