Isn't there one? Which expert has it? A Windows 3.2 one is fine too. But I don't have IE, haha..

Use Opera!
It is a very fast IE, you can use it to play FLASH! |

No, that won't do.. Opera in Win3.x does not support Flash. In Win3.x only IE and NetScape support Flash..
