＝＝＝＝＝＝I’m a newbie＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
I load the following two lines in CONFIG.SYS:
DEVICEHIGH=VIDE-CDD.SYS /D:mscd001
DEVICEHIGH=ASPICD.SYS /D:mscd001
And this line in AUTOEXEC.BAT:
LH MSCDEX.EXE /D:mscd001 /L:%CDROM%
As a result it says I have a syntax error. Could one of you experts teach me? I can’t figure it out.

How should the %CDROM% variable be set? Is it in AUTOEXEC.BAT?

Just remove “/L:%CDROM%” from “LH MSCDEX.EXE /D:mscd001 /L:%CDROM%” and that’ll do.。。

It can boot, but in V-PC5.2 it still can’t load the CD-ROM?
