The ISO I downloaded from the internet needs setup, which is the 153M freedos 1.0. I don't want to touch the things on the hard disk, can I play it on the USB flash drive?

It's easier if there's a Ghost, but no one has made a classic one. I know "Iron Tiger" made one for MS-DOS.

If you want to be simple, you can use diskgen to format the floppy disk, of course, the kind with boot. After completion, it will be a simple freedos-booted USB flash drive. If you want to be complicated, just copy your own downloaded freedos files in. If you are not at ease, you can install it first, in the virtual machine, and then copy the installed files in, and you need to change the settings.
