That was just something I made for fun on the side anyway, and I myself think it's pretty bad.
Originally it was made for the Union, but considering our forum was so slow, I didn't dare make it too big. So a lot of effects weren't done, and the background was just a random sea picture I found.
Anyway, at the time I just casually made a sample to see everyone's reaction.
In the end WENGIER wasn't too interested, so it was left there.
Later, when I had nothing to do, I just used it as my own signature.

Isn't this pretty good? Too many effects aren't a good thing, they only increase the size and lengthen the download time. So short and compact is still better. But if you added a bit more flashing effect, that would be nice, because you know, the essence of a banner is the flashing!
