I’m using a “Newman Traveler USB2.0” portable hard drive enclosure. I tried DUSE4.4, but after the message appears it hangs. Does that mean DUSE4.4 doesn’t support USB2.0?
Has any expert succeeded with this? Please give me some pointers! ![]() |

Theoretically speaking, DUSE should support USB 2.0 (EHCI), but you need to pay attention to how you use it..

Try the 0.1 modified boot disk I uploaded. DUSE was removed from it, and USBASPI.SYS was updated. My USB2.0 external CD-ROM/hard drive enclosure and USB40G ultra-thin portable hard drive were both recognized correctly. I also have 3 more USB devices, but I didn’t plug them in because I didn’t have enough ports.
