1. If I boot the system with a DOS boot disk, how can I automatically load Smartdrv.exe? In other words, how should I set Smartdrv.exe in Config.sys or Autoexec.bat? I want to use it so that after booting and loading it directly, I can install Win2K or WinXP right away. After Smartdrv.exe is loaded, copying files is obviously faster. Before, I would run that command after booting, which was too troublesome. Also, when installing Win98, is it necessary to load this file? After loading it, will file copying speed up too?
2. I downloaded NTFSDOS from the Internet. After running it, I found that it can only read NTFS partitions; copying to and deleting from NTFS partitions won't work. Is it that this file can only read NTFS partitions? Because I want to delete a password I forgot in XP, but I can only read and not delete. Does anyone have a cracked version of NTFSDOS that can both read and write under DOS?

q1: write it like this in autoexec.bat: lh smartdrv.exe (LH loads into upper memory). Before that, you need to load himem.sys in config.sys (device=himem.sys)

q2: Unregistered NTFSDOS can only read the hard disk (seems to be like that). There is a special boot CD for clearing XP passwords.

For installing 2k or xp, it's still best to boot from the CD, so why use DOS to boot?

The problem now is that I can't get into WinXP, because I forgot the password. There is only one XP on the computer. The question now is how to clear XP's password. The partition is in NTFS format. I'm asking everyone for advice, thanks!
Also, for the above, is it enough to just write “lh smartdrv.exe” in autoexec.bat? Do I need to add any parameters after that line? Like when loading the CD-ROM driver with D:/MSCD000 or something. Everyone, please don't be annoyed. I am seriously learning here. If I have offended anyone, please forgive me.

(1) SMARTDRV.EXE can be run directly from the command line.
(2) You can download the cracked Chinese-localized edition of NTFSPRO4.03.
