Today I used usboot and flashboot to make my phone's T-flash card into a DOS boot disk. Everything went smoothly at first. After changing the BIOS to ZIP mode and rebooting, the computer just showed a black screen with only the cursor in the upper left corner flashing nonstop. At that point the computer seemed to be stuck, the hard disk light was off, the keyboard lights were also off, and the USB was still connected. If I unplug the USB at that time, it will enter the XP system according to the second boot order, because I tried it n times. I also tried usb-floppy and hdd, and neither worked. I saw online that some people had a situation quite similar to mine and said that modifying the io.sys file could help. But I'm just a newbie and don't understand this stuff! My motherboard is Intel 82845. Although this board is very old, it does support usb zip. Waiting online for an expert reply.

Some people online say that MP3 player cards can't be made into boot disks, otherwise it can cause painful consequences! I think your case may be that the usb driver wasn't loaded? Otherwise it could be.......
io.sys is the DOS boot selection menu
