There are many netizens still using MASM. Need not to say that MASM is a commercial product, and need not to say that MASM has no support. MASM itself has bugs, and the distributed versions do not support Protect Mode...

The author of JEMM386, Japheth, made his own version of JWASM from Open Watcom with the purpose of having

1) free

2) and a powerful assembler tool compatible with MASM

3) directly support 32bit DPMI programs

4) support CPU built-in commands SSE4.2 version

Does the LZ master, can JWASM support writing assembly programs under Windows? I want to use JWASM to make assembly modules, and support VC's console program. I wonder if it is convenient to implement?
Because the program needs to load large files, and the assembly module is responsible for processing file data, so the assembler needs to support the flat memory mode and other protected mode programming models.

precompiled JWasm binaries are available for DOS, Windows and Linux. For OS/2 and FreeBSD, makefiles are supplied.

Some degree of support should be available, for details you need to download and play by yourself
