The floppy disk has been formatted, but why does it always say there is not enough space on the floppy disk? Is there a way to solve it?

Tried 10 disks and it's all like this, not a bad sector.
By the way, under Windows it always shows the floppy disk as 1.38MB or 1.4MB |

It's not directly copying the img file, but extracting the contents inside the img to the floppy disk!

What software is used for extraction? I use winrar, but it always says the file is corrupted

The file system on the floppy disk itself occupies a certain amount of space. So generally, the size of a floppy disk is only about 1.38M, so it means there is not enough space.

1. First, use the DOS command to create a virtual disk. Extract the img into it. Then delete useless files such as the readme file. Re-copy to the floppy disk.
2. Expand using hdcopy. |

You can also use WINIMAGE to copy into the floppy disk!
