I don't want to use vbs. The efficiency is too low. Once wscript.exe locks up, it's all over.

It should be possible to handle IIS settings under cmd, right? Without using vbs, things like iisweb.vbs. Using WMI?
I saw that it does have root\MicrosoftIISv2
