It doesn't list anything related to this path. How do you view and operate IIS in wmic?

wmic /role:\\root\MicrosoftIISv2 Do you mean something like this? If you want to know what's under it, you can use the following vbs: For Each x In GetObject("Winmgmts:\root\MicrosoftIISv2").SubClassesOf WScript.Echo x.path_ Next

I don't want to use vbs. The efficiency is too low. Once wscript.exe locks up, it's all over.

wmic path win32_ I didn't find anything related to IIS in this namespace.

It should be possible to handle IIS settings under cmd, right? Without using vbs, things like iisweb.vbs. Using WMI? I saw that it does have root\MicrosoftIISv2 there but in wmic /? I looked through the help and didn't find any alias related to IIS.
