Since this is a DOS forum, of course it can't be without DOS style I added another interface to this forum that's full of DOS flavor. Does this forum support access by Telnet under DOS? I think the Telnet method is quite good.

Hehe, yes, that Prompt Version imitates DOS's way of working from the interface to the kernel. Actually the DOS prompt method has many advantages: fast speed, quick operation, and most importantly it uses especially few resources. This is really excellent for a network server. The Telnet method Wengier mentioned is indeed good, especially since it can also browse normally in a DOS environment. But this forum is built with Asp+Access, and it seems it can only be accessed by Http with the support of a Web service. If needed, I will make the corresponding Telnet access function as soon as possible.

Thanks! If this forum can be accessed by Telnet under DOS, then it will be a truly genuine “DOS forum”! Also, sometimes registration and posting on this forum fail. I don't know what the reason is?

I tried using the Lynx browser under DOS to access this forum, and found that browsing is all normal, but I can't post. The following error message always appears: “Possible reasons for the error: Have you carefully read the help file? Maybe you have not logged in or do not have permission to use the current function. The data you submitted is invalid. Please do not submit posts from outside.”

This forum's main program requires the browser to support Cookie and JavaScript; maybe the requirements are a bit high ：） But the Command Prompt Version has relatively lower requirements. I will add the posting function as soon as possible, hehe
