Can an EXE file be converted into an ISO image file or an IMG file?

It seems that the DOS is a directly - unzipped image.

But there must be a floppy drive or a virtual floppy drive. Because this program detects whether there is a floppy drive, then formats the existing floppy disk in it, and then copies DOS to it.

It is neither an IMG nor an ISO. It is an automatic EXE.

Why I want to download this kind of DOS, let's start from the beginning:
I accidentally restarted the computer during the process of restoring the ghost system backup.
As a result, I couldn't enter the main interface of the boot disk (that is, it froze before the BIOS self-test ended and the main interface of the boot disk didn't appear).
I was really helpless at that time! (I think this situation is the most terrifying except for hardware damage)
Later, I learned from Baidu that a hard disk logical lock also has this symptom, and other DOS boot disks can solve it.
So I thought that in case I encounter a similar symptom in the future (although it's not a logical lock), maybe they can be useful.
So I mass-produced the "I Heart Water DOS and PE Multi-functional System Maintenance" from the Wuyi Boot Forum to a USB flash drive,
And in the remaining ordinary USB flash drive area after mass production,
Use UI to write the boot disk made by any one of the DOS you provided into the remaining ordinary USB flash drive area after mass production (that is, the USB flash drive is divided into two areas for dual-boot).
Just for contingency.
