Is there any way to convert Chinese characters into numerical types? Both BAT and VBS solutions are acceptable. Suppose an arbitrary Chinese character "我" is converted into the number "5231"

Thank you... It's very useful. Did you find out? Actually, a BAT can be made into an anti-counterfeiting BAT. Once the original script is modified, it becomes a virus program.
