How do I open a *..\ file created under DOS

You can use dir /x to check the short filename

Experts,
I created a folder called “*..\” under DOS, and put some documents in it. After that, no matter what I do, I can't get into this *“..\” file anymore. Asking: how can I get into “*..\” file! Begging all you experts for help! |

Use dir /x to check the short filename, then use cd short filename to enter it
