Windows 2000 operating system. Please, someone with great skills give a batch script to clean multiple processes at once.

Problem description: In the process list, there are many processes named oprd generated at intervals. Now there are already more than 3000 such processes. I can only manually use the kill PID command to delete them one by one, but after deletion, they appear again after a while (every time I do a data backup, they appear). Is there any way to delete these same processes at once? Can you write a batch script? I have tried many, but many commands are not supported in the Windows 2000 operating system. Please help! The system is almost crashing.
