Now we can download the source code of DOS 6 in the forum. I want to know where this source code is obtained? Is it the DOS source code stolen by Microsoft in 2000 (the headquarters network of Microsoft in Redmond was once hacked in 2000 and the MS-DOS source code was lost)?

Did the friend upstairs compile this source code? How do you know that a file is missing?

Don't need to compile it. You can randomly open several code files and see if they all have complete code or other files that need to be linked. Take a simple example, see if there is this code file \dev\himem\himem.inc ; Line 146 of himem.asm in this directory mentions “include himem.inc ; define structures, macros, open seg.” [ Last edited by ylide on 2009-12-15 at 17:20 ]

Same as you, I also don't have this himen.inc file. I don't know why this is the case. Since it's made public, why isn't a complete one provided.
