Yes, it does!
It's in the command directory of Windows 98!
But note that there are two files.
Copying only one is useless.

Actually, you don't need to. That "MS-DOS 7.10 Full Direct-Run Edition" already has XCOPY.

Actually, copying one is enough; just copy the XCOPY32.MOD file as XCOPY.EXE and that's fine.

The main reason my Super MS-DOS 7.10 boot disk doesn't have XCOPY is still that XCOPY (16-bit) does not support long filenames. If anyone has a 16-bit version of the XCOPY command that supports long filenames and is fairly small in size (for example, although 4DOS's (X)COPY does support long filenames, it is too large), please let me know, thanks!
