Which browser are you using? Some browsers like Firefox do have a bit of blurry font when viewing the forum homepage, but when entering specific sections or browsing posts, the display is still clear. I wonder if you are in this situation.

Is the owner using a system with ClearType technology such as XP or above, and has other non-default fonts installed? If so, you can use the file Cttune.cpl to adjust. Extract the compressed package and move the files to the C:\Windows\system32 folder.
Another possibility is that there is an issue with your screen resolution. CRT settings are more complicated. For LCD, set the resolution to the recommended resolution and refresh rate, and use the automatic setting to make the screen display optimally.
