Windows 7 system can no longer create folders with dots. Then, is the related batch processing for creating directory with dot folders useless?

Ultimate edition, can create directories with ., and can also be opened with explorer. When trying to modify, it prompts whether to confirm changing the extension,囧! But directly modifying the directory name in explorer will prompt that it cannot be found, another 囧!!
