Who has software for extracting the hexadecimal internal codes of Chinese characters from fonts?

You mean extracting hexadecimal dot-matrix codes from fonts, right? Fonts don't contain Chinese character internal codes; Chinese character internal codes are extended ASCII codes.

I remember there is a dot-matrix code extraction program. Could you say what you want to use it for?
