　　Happiness doesn't come from sitting and waiting,
　　it is won by going through all kinds of hardships yourself.
　　It's not that no one likes me,
　　but the people who like me are right here by my side,
　　yet I have cast my gaze toward—the distant unknown horizon.
　　

　　I must search and discover all over again,
　　and discovery is itself a difficult process,
　　only by pressing bravely forward and never giving up lightly
　　can I possibly reach the other shore of happiness.
　　

　　Don't complain to the people you love, or even lose your temper with them.
　　These people you love, including your lover, children, parents, relatives and friends,
　　you are not immune to each other,
　　hurt them even a little, they hurt, and you yourself hurt even more.
　　

　　Exercise a little every day, it's good for your body.
　　Smile a little every day, it's helpful for your mind.
　　This is both being responsible to yourself and being responsible to the people you love.
　　

　　Don't deliberately manage interpersonal relationships,
　　and don't expect to gain benefits from others.
　　Help people who need help as much as you are able,
　　and don't expect any return, either.
　　If you do this, you will get closer and closer to the happiness you long for.
　　

　　Don't complain about the studying or work you are engaged in,
　　even if you improve just a little every day,
　　it is still a rare kind of wealth.
　　The present is greater than the future, the process more important than the result,
　　because being alive is more important than anything.
　　

　　A happy life
　　doesn't care whether it lasts forever,
　　even if it is only two seconds of tender mutual gazing.
　　Even the old silent Chinese parasol tree
　　can shake off unhappy thoughts like withered leaves.
