Happiness doesn't come from sitting and waiting,
it is won by going through all kinds of hardships yourself.

it is still a rare kind of wealth.
The present is greater than the future, the process more important than the result,
because being alive is more important than anything.
A happy life
doesn't care whether it lasts forever,
even if it is only two seconds of tender mutual gazing.
Even the old silent Chinese parasol tree
can shake off unhappy thoughts like withered leaves.
You must understand how to control bad emotions,
and not allow them to take root and grow wantonly.
Deep in your heart, or on your indifferent cheeks,
when one day you quietly grow old,
if you can still smile and talk lightly of past events that vanished like smoke,
you will surely look up and discover—
in fact, even the brilliance of a shooting star falling lasts only an instant.
