Does anyone have it? I want to pull off the neat trick described below:

A New Way to Defragment Disks in Windows 98
Ever since I used vopt 99 to defragment a disk a few months ago and ended up with a WD 4.3G hard drive making “click, click...” noises, I've had a love-hate relationship with vopt 99, this defragmentation software (I love how fast it defragments, but I'm also worried that one day it might send my new hard drive to an early grave again). But the disk defragmenter that comes with Windows 98 is just far, far too slow.... So finding a new way to defragment disks has been something I've been thinking about day and night lately. The disk defragmenter that comes with Windows ME is several times faster than the one built into Windows 98, so why not transplant the one from Windows ME into Windows 98 and use it there? After testing, this method is completely feasible. The transplant method is:
Method 1: Go to the Windows directory on a machine with Windows ME installed and copy the disk defragmenter program file defrag.exe (size 206k), then move it into your Windows directory under Windows 98. To be safe, you should first back up the old defrag.exe file (size 246k).
Method 2: On the Windows ME installation CD, find the compressed archive win_16.cab and extract it. Inside it there is a defrag.exe file. If defrag.exe is not in the compressed archive win_16.cab but in some other archive, you can click “Find” under “Start”, enter *.cab in “Name”, enter defrag.exe in “Containing text”, then confirm the search location and start searching; that will let you find the compressed archive containing defrag.exe.
Alright, now you can enjoy fast Windows disk defragmentation, and since it’s Microsoft’s own stuff, it feels reassuring to use. Also, according to tests, when using the Windows ME disk defragmenter, System Monitor shows CPU usage between 4% and 95%; but when using vopt 99 to defragment, the CPU runs at 100% full load, so the former makes much less hard drive noise than the latter during defragmentation.
