WinImage tool cannot edit img file normally - China DOS Union Forum

I just found an automatic network imaging system online. There are things in it that I don't need, and what I need isn't all there, so I want to edit the img file inside. The strange thing happened here:
When I use WinImage to open the img file, extract the autoexec.bat inside, modify it and drag it back, it can't be used normally. Every time it will report Error: TFTP failed opening file: If I restore the downloaded img back, it can be used normally.
Then I did another experiment: Open the img file with WinImage, save it without doing anything, and the same problem will occur.
Which expert can help me see what the problem is?

Is there any big brother who knows what's going on? Everyone must have used WinImage, has anyone encountered the same problem?
