The capacity of 3-inch CDs is generally around 180---200MB.
If you burn 190--200MB of content, the burner will be unable to complete the lead-out operation. You can use WIN RAR to make part of the programs into self-extracting archives. That way, 215MB of content can be compressed to about 180---190MB. Overburning can't do it. |

The size of the ISO is the disc size of the content; it doesn't really have anything to do with overburning

The capacity you can reach with overburning is limited; the largest disc I've bought was 225M
