I got a GRUB bootable disk from the internet, put it on a USB drive and it booted normally.

Then I wanted to add a Kaspersky emergency boot antivirus disk. So I downloaded the latest Kaspersky 2010 emergency boot ISO file, extracted the ISO file and put all of it into the kaba directory at the root of the USB drive.

I wanted to boot into the Kaspersky emergency boot disk through the GRUB boot menu. But it didn't work after trying for a long time. Please help from the experts. Thanks.

Tried directly loading the ISO file and it didn't work.

When unpacked and booted by loading the kernel, an error occurred, with the following information:

>>activating mdev
>>determining root device...
!!could not find the root block device in.
please specify another value or : press enter for the same , type "shell" for a shell,or "q" to skip...
root block device()::

Please have chinaren12 re-edit the post. I took a look, you uploaded nearly 200K of pictures in total. The description of these issues can completely be done in text form, for example, the file list, you can use the method of redirecting dir to list it out. The content of the original text file can be copied and pasted as it is, there is absolutely no need to use screenshots to explain.

The forum space is tight, so please try to save as much as possible. If screenshots are really needed to explain, please first use external links, then consider using China DOS Union File Upload System, and finally consider uploading as an attachment to the forum. Thank you for everyone's cooperation.
