The webpage itself only needs 1MB of space, which is enough, and as for the software, local downloads would be around 10MB-50MB. Everything else can use off-site links.

I still have plenty of space on my E-Tang account, so how about putting it on my homepage? My campus network should be ready very soon, and I've already applied for an IP address: 202.192.202.18. Fang Shao and the others mentioned on QQ that ahwww should compensate for the losses. I wonder whether that's realistic now.

I'm afraid it's not realistic. Are you really going to file a lawsuit over a few dozen yuan? But then again, 100 yuan for half a year wasn't too much of a rip-off.
