After I opened this software under XP, I couldn't view Chinese characters inside, all were garbled codes. How to make it display Chinese correctly? It was originally an English software, and when I checked the Chinese directories, the directory names were displayed as garbled codes.

Mainly, after this software runs under CMD, the code page becomes 437 (United States), and it cannot be modified. How to change it to 936?
